By becoming a WMD Team Member you get to play an integral part in the creation of any game produced through it…

  • Play regular versions and give feedback on them
  • Go behind the scenes and see what’s being worked on currently and what’s coming soon
  • Speak directly to the devs and ask any questions you may have
  • Vote in key decisions that dictate the design and direction of the game


You also get rewarded with project-specific Perks based on your contribution. Some of the exciting ones from Project CARS include access to real-world events, your logo as a vehicle decal, opponents named after you, and exclusive access to cars & tracks.

Not only that, but when the game is ultimately released, you’ll either receive a full copy of the game or a discount on the retail price, depending on your membership level.

This money is known as FEES and they are essentially payment for your service on the team. Below is a case study of these fees based on the following hypothetical cost, time, and team size…

For the price of €10 therefore, a Junior member should expect to get their money paid back to them as Fees if the game sells 250,000 copies when released. Any further success or higher position in the company would then return back an even bigger amount in Fees.
