Win Cool Thrustmaster Gear With Project CARS

Slightly Mad Studios & Thrustmaster have just kicked off the newest Project CARS Thrustmaster Hot Lap Competition where everyone can win cool Thrustmaster gear including steering wheels, gamepad controllers and more!

All participants of the competition have the chance to win one of the prizes, you don’t have to be a mega talented racer to walk away with some new hardware so read below on how to enter!

All Project CARS members regardless of membership level are invited to join! Simply fire up Project CARS, click the “Events” button and register a valid time on the Event Leaderboard with the BMW Z4 GT3 at Florence Short.

All members that have posted a valid time will be automatically entered in a random prize draw that everyone can follow live from the SMS offices on 19th November (5pm GMT).

Thrustmaster T500 RS

The Thrustmaster T500 RS is Thrustmaster’s newest top of the line steering wheel, introducing several innovative new features to the racing game world.

The wheel is made of durable materials such as brushed metal and comes with advanced features such as 1080 degree steering and unrivaled precision thanks to Thrustmaster’s H.E.A.R.T HallEffect AccuRate Technology that offers 65536 values on the steering axis using a contactless magnet sensor.

The shifter is made of highly-durable metal and offers a maximum of customization options as users are free to adjust tension, stroke & deadzone via hardware & software adjustments.

The TH8 RS works with every PC simulation that supports multiple controllers, it’s connected via USB and requires no driver or software installation to work.

Thrustmaster GP XID

The GP XID is Thrustmaster’s newest gamepad controller, equipped with the Xinput standard that makes using the pad extra easy.

Thanks to Xinput, players using Windows 7 or 8 don’t need to fiddle with driver installation or button mapping within games, simply plug in the pad and you`re ready to go!

The GP XID is perfectly suited to be used with Project CARS, featuring ultra-precise mini-sticks clad in genuine rubber and two progressive triggers for maximum control.
